PURE.MOBILE

This technological environment is designed and developed 100 percent for position and angle measurement in commercial vehicles and work machines. PURE.MOBILE does not refer to a specific product line; instead, it describes a set of quality characteristics included in any sensor marked with PURE.MOBILE technology.

Each PURE.MOBILE sensor therefore meets the EMC requirements for work machines and agricultural and forestry machinery, as well as the E1 requirements (UN ECE R10) for road vehicles. The sensing technology of the sensor is based on contactless magnetic measurement. In addition, every sensor equipped with PURE.MOBILE technology is available in a Safety version for applications that require Performance Level d (PLd).

Position Detection in Hydraulic Cylinders

SGH technology transforms hydraulic and telescopic cylinders, as well as pressure accumulators used in vehicles, into “intelligent cylinders.” The cable-based sensor measures the stroke length and speed of the cylinder directly inside the hydraulic cylinder. There is no need to drill the piston rod, which reduces installation costs. The SGH series has been developed in close collaboration with cylinder manufacturers in accordance with the requirements of mobile hydraulics, and it impresses with its robust design, efficiency, flexibility, long service life, and durability.

Forestry and Agricultural Machinery
