Peppiina Inervo, Area Sales Manager
Who are you and where do you come from?
My name is Peppiina, and I come from Tampere University’s Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences. I have built my career in industry in a wide range of roles, from production to international customer accounts, including within the defense, mining, and paper industries. In addition, I have experience in the public sector, including steering group work, tendering processes, and network building. In my free time, I am an sports enthusiast and also enjoy spending time with friends and family.
What do you expect from your new role?
From my future role, I expect to meet new people, work collaboratively, and take on diverse and challenging tasks.

Teemu Solja, Key Account Manager
Who are you and where do you come from?
Hi! I’m Teemu, a seasoned B2B sales professional and account development specialist. I have a strong background in account management, product sales, and building services and solutions for industrial customers. I live in Sipoo with my family, and in my free time you’ll often find me on the sidelines of a football field, at the gym, boating, or at the bowling alley.
What do you expect from your new role?
I’m looking forward to getting to know and working closely with LAPP colleagues across different functions, deepening key customer relationships, and building long-term partnerships. I strongly believe that effective internal collaboration is the key to success with customers as well.

I immediately had a good feeling about LAPP and its future plans. The company seems to combine stability with renewal, and I see many opportunities here to grow and develop together.
What is your secret superpower?
Strong organizational skills—both at work and in everyday life. The morning school‑bag shuffle is a great test of how important good preparation is, while still staying flexible.

Markku Kuusisto, Key Account Manager
Who are you and where do you come from?
My name is Markku Kuusisto, and I am an electrical power engineer by education. I was born in Urjala (some may be familiar with the Urjala Taikayö event). Today, I live in Klaukkala, Nurmijärvi, with my beloved wife. Our three children and their families all live in the Helsinki metropolitan area, and our five grandchildren bring wonderful variety to everyday life.
My hobbies include badminton, light hiking and outdoor activities, occasional e‑bike cycling, and traveling. I also enjoy hands‑on projects and have challenged my practical skills with various renovation and DIY projects both indoors and outdoors, such as building a terrace.
Over the years, I have accumulated extensive work experience, including more than 25 years in various technical B2B sales roles both domestically and internationally, including overseas assignments in the UK and Malaysia. Variable frequency drives, solar inverters, and DC electric vehicle chargers have become familiar products to me, along with broad general knowledge across multiple industrial sectors. In most of my roles, the focus has been on solution‑based sales.
What do you expect from your new role?
In my upcoming role at LAPP, I am very much looking forward to getting to know new customers and identifying opportunities to further deepen and expand cooperation with them. Building a strong internal network within the company is also very important to me, and I truly look forward to working collaboratively with all of you in a strong team spirit. Naturally, I have a lot to learn, and I will probably be bothering you with plenty of questions—at least in the beginning.
