Ensure the accuracy of your EPIC® SENSORS temperature sensors with our specialized factory calibration

• Capabilities: We utilize dual calibration ovens and baths covering a range of -40...+660 °C.
• Scope: Available for RTD and TC sensors, individual transmitters, or combined sensor-transmitter units.
• Requirements: 
  Minimum sensor length: 255 mm (for calibrations above 250 °C). 
  Outer diameters supported (above 250 °C): 3, 4, 6, 8, or 10 mm.
• Recommendations: We suggest a minimum of two measuring points; additional points can be added based on your specific temperature range.
• Documentation: Every service includes a Calibration Certificate featuring customer and product data, measurement tables, and performance graphs.
• Accredited Options: If factory calibration is insufficient for your requirements, we can manage third-party calibration at an accredited laboratory on your behalf.

1. Request a CLAIM/REPAIR number for your shipment from our sales office or maintenance unit.
2. Fill the cover letter form as precisely as possible, download the form below. 
3. Attach a copy of your filled cover letter form in your delivery.
4. Mark clearly the CLAIM/REPAIR number on the package.
