Teemu Lindgren will take up the role of Head of Rail Business
We warmly welcome Teemu Lindgren, who will start as Head of the Rail Business on 1 February 2025.
At the same time, we would like to thank Antti Uitti, who has led the business to date and will retire well‑deservedly on 31 January 2025. Antti has been an indispensable part of LAPP’s success story, and his contribution to developing the business will be visible well into the future.
Teemu brings with him strong experience from the technology sector, particularly in sales and business development. Teemu says he is looking forward to his new role: “I am looking forward to close cooperation with colleagues and our customers. My goal is to take LAPP’s conductor rail business to an even more prosperous level and to create genuine value for our customers.”
According to Teemu, LAPP combines the strengths of an international family-owned company with a Finnish working culture: “LAPP is a great company where traditions and modern solutions meet. There is an energetic and determined atmosphere here, where anything is possible through working together.”
