Our EPIC® rectangular connectors can be individually assembled from the housing, insert and contact. There are two housing performance classes for you to choose from: EPIC® standard and EPIC® ULTRA. The matching inserts are available as a fixed-pin variant and as a modular system. Of course we also offer suitable accessories for the housings and inserts.
Rectangular connector inserts - the core of your rectangular connector
Together with the contacts, the EPIC® rectangular connector inserts form the interior of a rectangular connector and are used for a wide range of industrial applications. Our portfolio consists of 11 series, which combine EPIC® rectangular connector inserts of the same type in different variants. We provide inserts for various connection techniques such as crimp, screw-in, push-in, cage spring and solder termination, as well as inserts that are certified for foreign markets or special applications such as rail transport. EPIC® rectangular connector housings protect the core of the rectangular connector, namely its inserts and contacts. They ensure that a rectangular connector is stable and durable. This makes it ideal for industrial applications. Our product portfolio comprises two performance classes: EPIC® standard housings and the corrosion-resistant EPIC® ULTRA housings. Rectangular connector contacts - contacts for a reliable connection
The turned contacts for rectangular connectors are available as socket and pin contacts with different cross-section dimensions. You can choose between high-quality gold-plated, silver-plated or passivated contacts for the EPIC® H-BE, H-D and MC series. The stamped roller contacts of the M-D, H-D and MC series have two crimping areas, with core and insulation crimping, and are suitable for automated production with crimping machines. Our product portfolio also includes stamped contacts, contacts for coaxial cables and the H-Q series. EPIC® MH contacts are suitable for the modular connector system and guarantee a high level of flexibility. MH contacts are available in different sizes and as turned or stamped contacts.
Rectangular connector modular system - individually configurable multi-talents
Modular connector systems give you maximum flexibility in manufacturing individual connectors. We offer modules for power supply, signal control, data transmission and for pneumatic applications, which can be pushed into the available module frames in any combination and then mounted in a rectangular connector housing. The applications of hybrid, modular connectors are almost unlimited.
Rectangular connector kits - for a complete connection
With LAPP kits, you can quickly and easily create a complete connection consisting of connector and socket. Our kits are combined connector sets for both the socket side and the pin side. The rectangular connector kits consist of a housing, insert and contacts. They are available for the most popular EPIC® products.
