Circular connectors

Circular connectors are connectors with a round or cylindrical design that allow power and signal cables to be plugged together with a device or machine. Thanks to their robust design and low space requirements, they are ideal for industrial environments. The EPIC® product portfolio offers the right product for each of the three transmission types of data, signal and power: EPIC® DATA for data transmission in Ethernet applications, EPIC® SIGNAL for signal transmission and EPIC® POWER and EPIC® POWERLOCK for the power supply of devices, machines and plants. We offer single or multi-pin circular connectors in different variants – as individual parts, kits or as customised assemblies.

Power connectors - power connectors with a high reserve

The EPIC® POWER circular connectors are suitable for servo drives and power supply. The power connectors are characterised by a high reserve and are available as M12, M17, LS 1 (M23), LS 1.5 (M40) and LS 3 (M58). The integrated EMC cable glands have strain relief and seal perfectly. The high-quality sealing material provides good chemical protection.

Signal connectors - for the transmission of sensitive signals

The EPIC® SIGNAL connectors are used for signal transmission in servo applications. The connectors are available in M17, M23 and M27 variants. The EMC shield contact reliably prevents electromagnetic interference. The gold-plated signal contacts reliably transmit the smallest currents and voltages.

Powerlock single-pole connectors - perfect for transmission of very high currents

EPIC® POWERLOCK connectors are single-pin circular connectors for mobile power distribution, electric motors and generators. The connectors from LAPP are perfect for transmitting very high currents and are available as a screw or crimp version. Our connectors are colour-coded and geometrically coded to prevent incorrect connections.

Circular connector contacts - contacts for a reliable connection

LAPP offers various contacts for EPIC® circular connectors. The contacts are available as socket and pin contacts. You can choose between high-quality gold-plated or silver-plated contacts for the EPIC® SIGNAL and POWER connectors. The contacts for the EPIC® POWERLOCK connector are available as a crimp and screw version.
