OPTRIS offers a full line of both, infrared pyrometers and infrared cameras for industrial and research applications.

For some applications, an affordable infrared pyrometer is enough to deliver an accurate temperature measurement on a single spot. For other applications, a high resolution thermal image with thousands of pixels each delivering a temperature measurement is required.

The OPTRIS product line supports either choice and a wide variety of options between these two extremes to meet any remote infrared temperature measurement application.

Infrared thermometers and pyrometers

OPTRIS infrared thermometers and pyrometers are well suited for precise spot temperature measurements both in industrial processes and research projects. They come in a variety of sizes, temperature ranges, spectral responses, and accessories to address virtually any customer requirement.

Thermal Cameras

OPTRIS specializes in infrared cameras for temperature measurement applications. Design features optimize the cameras for accurate temperature measurement and calibration processes with traceable precision instruments deliver accurate measurements in a variety of ambient temperature environments. 

As with pyrometers, one size or spectral response does not serve all applications. The IR camera product line includes a wide variety of wavelength options delivering the best measurements on a range of materials including glass, metal, plastic and carbon fiber.

Infrared Application Packages

OPTRIS offers specialized IR application packages designed for diverse industrial needs. The glass inspection systems ensure precision in high-temperature environments, crucial for quality control. The IR microscopes are perfect for detailed thermal analysis in Electronics industry and R&D. 

Condition monitoring packages are also available to monitor temperature changes in key plant or utility assets or detect early fire indoors or outside in temperatures as low as -40 °C.

Software

All OPTRIS thermal imagers are supported by licence-free software downloadable from their website. PIX Connect software for infrared cameras includes both image analysis tools and alarming capabilities.

The Compact Connect software series supports the pyrometer product line and is often used to log temperature data before outputs are connected to control devices. Developer kits are also available that support custom software solutions.
