Cables for standard applications
Our ÖLFLEX® power and control cables for standard applications provide outstanding services in many areas. Due to their usually non-application-related properties, they are useful in many places. In this product group you will find a comprehensive selection of PVC sheathed cables with coloured or numbered cores – many of which are approved for international markets.
Halogen-free cable/wire
Our halogen-free ÖLFLEX® power and control cables are used in public buildings, such as airports and railway stations, and wherever people, animals and valuable assets are exposed to high risk in the event of a fire. The halogen-free cables from LAPP are oil-resistant and flexible, as well as available in screened or unscreened variants.
Cables for harsh conditions
ÖLFLEX® power and control cables for harsh conditions have increased mechanical, chemical and usually thermal resistance. Thanks to their robust sheath materials such as PUR, TPE or rubber, these cables are suitable for outdoor and mining applications, construction sites, food and beverage production, machine tools or packaging machines. Their diverse beneficial properties such as high resistance to oil, abrasion and weather conditions make them ideal for industrial applications.
Motor and servo cables/wires
ÖLFLEX® SERVO cables are used as motor, servo motor and feedback cables for electric drives. The LAPP portfolio also includes hybrid cables which, based on one-cable technology, provide both power supply and signal transmission, thus replacing encoder cables. Cable chain cable/wire
LAPP cable chain cables are power and control cables for use in (highly) dynamic cable chains Their properties have been optimally adapted for permanent flexing. The cables are available in different screened or unscreened variants and are divided into 3 application-oriented performance classes ("Basic Line", "Core Line" and "Extended Line"). This allows you to find your product very quickly! Additional properties such as high resistance to oil, abrasion and weather conditions as well as UL/CSA certifications make many of them true multi-talents.
Cables/wires for robots and torsion
With these power and control cables, your gantry robots and articulated robots are perfectly equipped for impressive performance. They are designed for simultaneous bending and twisting with torsion angles of up to +/- 360°. The cables are available in screened and unscreened variants and optionally with UL/CSA certification for North America.
Spiral cables
ÖLFLEX® spiral cables have a PUR or rubber outer sheath to withstand high mechanical loads. The spiral cables from LAPP can be extended by a factor of 3 to 4 compared to the wound state. LAPP offers different cable cross-sections from 0.14 to 2.5 mm2. The ÖLFLEX® spiral cables are characterised by their high recoiling force.

Cables for lift and conveyor technology
Under the ÖLFLEX® brand, LAPP offers power and control cables for use in a wide range of conveyor technology systems. The cables can be used for lifts and control pendants, among other things. The product portfolio also includes cables that can be wound onto a reel with a supporting element and flat cables.
Temperature resistant cable/wire
Cables and single cores for use above +90°C and below -50°C
ÖLFLEX® HEAT are cables and single cores for expanded ambient temperatures. The cables and single cores are available in PVC, silicone, FEP, PTFE and glass fibre. We also offer cross-linked cables and single cores at LAPP.
Single cores
In accordance with international standards
In our single cores product group you will find harmonised and certified, halogen-free and screened single cores for optimum EMC protection. Single cores are not sheathed cables, but rather individual, insulated cores without any further sheathing. The LAPP single cores are suitable for a wide range of applications such as wiring in control cabinets and the wiring of electrical assemblies and distribution panels.
