Uncompromising Sheath Material: PUR (Polyurethane)

We exclusively utilise PUR for our cable sheaths due to its exceptional durability and remarkable "memory" effect. This ensures the coil consistently returns to its original shape, even after repeated stretching and retraction. Plus, PUR stands up to extreme temperatures, guaranteeing reliable performance in diverse environments.

Optimized Conductor Insulation: TPE-E & More

For conductor insulation, we primarily rely on TPE-E (Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer), renowned for its outstanding dielectric properties and wide operating temperature range. While PVC offers good dielectric characteristics, TPE-E provides superior thermal performance. In some cases, PUR is also used for conductor insulation.

Unwavering Flexibility: Finely Stranded Copper Conductors

The key to a spiral cable's flexibility lies in the construction of its conductors. That's why we employ finely stranded copper conductors, manufactured according to VDE 0295 class 6 standards. This typically involves copper strands with a diameter of just 0.07 mm, maximising the cable's ability to bend and flex without fatigue.

Intelligent Shielding Design: Lapped for Ultimate Performance

Unlike braided shields, our lapped (or wrapped) shielding ensures maximum flexibility. This innovative design prevents the shield from restricting the coil's natural compression and expansion, maintaining its optimal performance and lifespan.
